HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Happy Halloween!! My visiting teachers came
by and shared a little message that is so good I
wanted to share it with all of you and then you
can share it with you children. It is about Christians
and Halloween.
Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin. Our Heavenly
Father lifts up up, takes us in and washes all the dirt off.
He opens us up, touches us deep inside and scoops all the
yucky stuff our (like seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc.) Then
He carves us a new smile and puts His light inside of us to
shine for all the world to see. (Matthew 5:14-16)
We can let ur light shine by being a good example. When we
keep the commandments we are showing others our love for
Heavenly Father, and they will have a desire to honor Him as
well. We should follow Jesus. If we do, we will be able to live
happy lives and return to Heavenly Father someday.
I hope you like this and I have shown some of the past Halloween's
that my children had. I hope you enjoy!

As you can see we had some great times and lots
of different and re-used costumes. I hope everyone
has a fun and Happy Halloween!! Love Mom and Dad/
Grandma and Grandpa Miller........

Grandma and Gr-grandma visit Cortez!!

Grandma Brady and I went up to Cortez this last
weekend to help out Deanne and Jake get caught
up and spend some Grandma time with the grandkids.
We had a great time and did not want to come home.

The Miller crew ready to help clean the house.

Aubree not sure if she wanted to help.
Let's play with the toys that G. Brady gave us.
Isaac actually eating meatloaf. Way to go!

The house on the hill that the Miller's live in for now.
We had a race down the road to the big tree and
Isaac won. What a great picture.
We all had to throw rocks in the pond.
Emiy would only keep looking at the leaves on the
ground.

Emilee with her hair up out of her face.
Puppy dog Emilee. She wore this hat around
all weekend.
This cupboard could be an extra bedroom for
Emilee. She loved to hide in there and turn the
lazy susan round and round as it squeeked!!

Emilee spent a good thirty minutes putting cookie cutters.

We had a great time and can hardly wait until Thanksgiving.

Katie, Ryley, Ben and Olivia Mexico Trip

On Sunday, Oct. 5, Grandma Brady and I went down to Phoenix and met with Katie and went out to Caitlin's Aunts house to watch conference and just hang out together. Katie and the kids and Brent, Kevins brother, were going to Rocky Point on Monday, so we went down to visit. We had a great time and lots of great food, thanks Caitlin's Aunt, I can not remember her name, sorry. It was fun to see how much the grandkids had grown since we have not seen them since July. Grandma and I had a great time and so did everyone else as the pictures show.

Brother and sister moment.
Brent and Ben putting together a puzzle.
Ben and Ben deep in conversation.
Little Ben posing and Katie hiding.
Olivia enjoying Uncle Ben's company, Caitlin snoozing.
Olivia is getting taller and taller.

Ryley's hair is getting long.
Do they look like sisters or what?
Olivia posing and I finally got a picture of Katie.
Two beautiful girls. We had so much fun and hope that Katie and the kids had a good time in Mexico and will hopefully update her blog when she gets back.

We're Back!!

Sorry I have not blogged in awhile. With school , and socccer and foot surgeries we have been busy. We did get to go up to Cortez and see Jake and Deanne and the grandkids. Grandma Brady and Grandma Miller went with us and we had a great time. Jake and Deanne are living on a 43 acre place and it is beautiful, the kids have lots of room to run and play. We went out to Jake and Deanne's land and saw the house that is being started. We went to church on Sunday and basically just hung out and relaxed at the big house.

Grandpa and the grandkids ready to go to church.

We had a great time and really did not want to come back home.
